Karin's Window Cleaning (KWC) is starting another great year! KWC is a strong and family owned business serving all areas of the Twin Cities. KWC was started in 2004 under the parent company of AAA Building Maintenance Company that has been serving the Twin Cities for over 35 years. KWC is committed to providing quality services throughout the Twin Cities. These services include: window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, chandelier, light fixture and ceiling fan cleaning, vine removal, holiday light installation/removal. Job Description

  • Outdoor work.
  • Full time: 40+ hours per week.
  • We are looking for someone that enjoys wearing different hats, learns quickly, listens well, and wants to be part of a growing company.
  • Ideal candidate must be a self-starter, able to handle multiple projects, maintain schedules, resolve issues, follow-up on deadlines, and enjoy a fast paced environment.
  • Physically Demanding: Must be able to stand and walk the majority of the day without experiencing significant fatigue. Frequently lifting ladders, using arm, leg and back muscles to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. and kneels or crouches. Ability to work on a ladder up to 40 feet (three stories). Work is primarily outside and occasionally inside.
  • This position requires a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and the ability to work with others and independently. Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Must also have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • No experience necessary.
